Nancy Bielski reported a Collection Agency (2523753449 from GREENVILLE area, NC). The following comments were posted: They called and said I owed money to a creditor (credit card) that has been closed for years. I have never recieced any correspondence from this creditor saying that I owed any money! Just refied our house and none of this appeared on our credit reporte which I have in front of me at this moment. They said I need to contact a lawyer with in 24 hrs. That this was a court action against me and that there was a restraining order. I am supposed to receive papers in the mail with in 7-10 days. When I call back the story changes a litle...I contacted my lawyer and he said it sounds like a scam but wait until we get papers if we ever do.
