Attempt to contact via return call connects to number that rings and rings and never picks up. Message left over and over: "Numerous attempts to contact you have failed. Your failure to resolve this matter has forced us with no other option than to escalate this issue to the necessary authorities." ??? My credit reports confirm no unpaid accounts and I have no knowledge of any unpaid collections, especially those who fail to identify themselves.
