AAR reported a Scammer/Fraudster (8763792569 from area, JM). The following comments were posted: Called and left two messages on the house phone that "mumbled name" had come in second on a publishers clearing house drawing and to call "john myers" (had indian accent) right away. Called back later in the evening, sensing it was a scam. My suspicions were confirmed when they mumbled their company name even after I asked them to repeat it. They told me to call back in 15 minutes. When I called back their company name was suddenly "publishers clearing house." i asked for John myers and I was transferred. He let me know that there was a hold on my winning check because theyd been trying to reach me for months! I would need to call back tomorrow morningto speak with James Cooper, extension 3......
