WellWisher reported a Prank Caller (7709634164 from LILBURN area, GA). The following comments were posted: I recd a collect call from this no on mu cell phone and I called my cell phone provider once I hung up this call. As stated by the other callers they asked me for my Credit card no and I am sure collect calls are not allowed on cell phones only on lad lines where the caller identifies before accepting the call and none of this happened.
