Chelsea reported a Unknown annoying caller (7404756715 from LANCASTER area, OH). The following comments were posted: This caller had the same message as calls from another phone number which turned out to be a good thing because a blog comment for it advised of calling a do not call service at 866-246-7196. All they needed was the callers phone number to verify its on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call request list.
