Stefani reported a Collection Agency (3123804033 from CHICAGO area, IL). The following comments were posted: We have no debt but this number has called repeatedly the past few months saying they are a collection agency. When they leave their (very lengthy) message, they identify themselves as Henry Hoover. We have not called back because I know we do not owe anyone, nor have we received anything in the mail regarding a debt. Very annoying and persistent calls.
