Joan reported a Scammer/Fraudster (2538020308 from AUBURN area, WA). The following comments were posted: I STUPIDLY picked up and said "Hello" even though the caller ID said "Fraudster." First I heard silence, then a robo-lady said "Goodbye" and they hung up. What damage can one do simply by answering the phone?
