The following comments were posted: a young gentleman called and said that his boss gave him a list of homeowners who are trying to sell a home on their own and wants him to call all those homeowners to tell them how they can show to market their homes in a quick and cheap way and also telling them that they dont need a realtor who by the way doesnt charge for the marketing ahead, instead invest hisher own money. worth to mention that today a home doesnt have to be marketed to be sold - just have to be priced close to market value and would be sold within hours thru REALTORS. that way this company hoping homeowner thinks they will save money while they are not being represented in a big and legal sale like a real estate transaction which needs a professional to handle not telemarketers working as virtual assistants.
