Unknown reported a Collection Agency (3057352220 from MARATHON area, FL). The following comments were posted: I received a call from Ramon Martinez (305) 735-2220 claiming to be from the Department of Consolidation of the IRS. He got my information from Hispanic Global Way which they are located in California. He claims I owe $393.00 for unpurchased good. If I dont pay he will send the police to my house, get me arrested and be in jail for 5 years. He also claimed that I had to appear in a California court by the end of May to resolve this issue or i will be fined $4,000. He approached me in a very rude and nasty way. He also asked for personal questions like " Do you have sex?" after I told him that I was a senior citizen over 80 years old. Also involved is Guadalupe Montenegro, which he claims that she will dismiss all charges is the amount is paid. He also provided his legal Licence #LW8422 and his address at 1610 South Boulevard, Hollywood, FL. The license information does not exist under the State of Florida or California.
