Kathleen Arnold reported a Prank Caller (9099415634 from UPLAND area, CA). The following comments were posted: They call me every day on my home and cell phone. They dont leave any type of message. It is very harassing. I call the number back and they couldnt give me a reason why theyve been calling me. I plan to file a complaint with the police.
