Anonymous reported a Scammer/Fraudster (7604316000 from CARLSBAD area, CA). The following comments were posted: Very insulting and rude! Keeps calling me on behalf of CIG for a account I was listed as a reference. CIG Financial has no record of him working for them. i had this phone number blocked and now he calls with all zeros.
