Ken VA reported a Telemarketer (7573374158 from PORTSMOUTH area, VA). The following comments were posted: Pre-recorded message to our cell phone about an education center or other scam. They call a couple times a day for weeks. Were sure its no one weve done business with nor authorized them to contact us. Doesnt sound like survey, charity, political, or other legal call - So most likely SCAM Telemarketer using ILLEGAL calling tactics.
