Other complaint web sites say its P B Capitol Group a dept collector. No business has ever been given my cell phone as I dont give it out. I use my cell phone for emergency purposes only. I do not have bad credit, my credit is excellent standing. I have no past due bills never had. I am not responsible for any other persons bills either.
