R G reported a Scammer/Fraudster (6617480240 from BAKERSFIELD area, CA). The following comments were posted: Just received 3 phone calls one after the other, 2:18pm, 2:18pm, 2:19pm PST. Answered 3rd call. A male with a very strong Mexican accent asked for an individual of my residence by name. i asked the caller who was calling, he responded with "Uh, Carlos". I handed phone to that individual. Caller then asked individual twice, "(so and so) do you speak English or Spanish?" That question was not answered and the caller was hung up on.
