Annette reported a Scammer/Fraudster (8137745528 from TAMPA area, FL). The following comments were posted: I recieved the same message as Ashley, voice recorded and states "Civil matter. This is a SCAM...LOOKOUT! Ive seen too many scams on HLN to fall for anything. if you encounter, I suggest posting it as well. Ashley,Thanks for listing.
