Bryan Thomas reported a Unknown annoying caller (9173989597 from NEW YORK area, NY). The following comments were posted: This number called me at 8:37 pm and didnt leave a message. When I called back there was a recording that said please wait for the next representative. 15 mins later I have still not talked to anyone.
