Notify PCH if you were caughtalmost caught in a scam by this number: 1-800-392-4190 My grandmother received a call from this number, a foreign guy talking (DO NOT TRUST) and they said she won $5,000 from Publishers Clearing House. They asked for her to pay a fee by going to Walmart to send a moneygram to Western Union. If they ask to pay a fee for something you won, its obviously an automatic scam. My grandmothers smart.
