Clair reported a Scammer/Fraudster (3125217046 from CHICAGO area, IL). The following comments were posted: I had the similiar situation: A strange guy called me asking me to verify my birthday (they know my name). He said they have my birthday, and they are ICS. I asked them what they do, the guy just said "we have personal business". When I asked what type of business, what is their website and where they got my personal information, he did not answer.
