Jeremy reported a Prison/Jail Collect Call (7135741101 from HOUSTON area, TX). The following comments were posted: This is someone attempting to make a collect call from a jail or prison. This number is a TX number but the person calling me is in jail in CA. It is not a scam, it is how their phone system is set up. Its asking for $25 to be able to accept calls from the inmate.
