Samantha reported a Scammer/Fraudster (7323999401 from TOMS RIVER area, NJ). The following comments were posted: This person called herself officer Joan(John??) Cruz. She said she is from the Crime Investigations Department. She said they have received a case file against my name and identity and there are 3 legal charges against me. She asked me to call her on the above no. and if I did not call, they would start the proceedings against me. When I called up this number, the same lady picked up the phone but disconnected immediately on hearing my voice.
