Lori Dircks reported a Scammer/Fraudster (8133810093 from VALRICO area, FL). The following comments were posted: Mr. Morgan called me on 032913 and asked if I was still interested in selling my timeshare in Maui Hawaii. Mr. Morgan said he had a buyer that had put down 1,295.00 for the property. He told me to get a moneypak card for 187.00 and I could get it at Walmart for a $5.00 fee. He said I would receive a cashiers check for 15,500.00 along with the quick claim deed,release form and taz form. He gave me a check number of 129 and a sales ID number of 634056S and a tracking UPS tracking number of 1Z279362183501348079. He told me to check the tracking number next day to make sue it was there and to call hin with any questions or problems. I did check the tracking number several times thoughout the first week of April. Obviously it is an invalid tracking number and he will not return any calls. I have left at least 5 messages. This man needs to stopped before he preys on more innocent people. He sounds very confident and profesional so he is easy to believe. I hope something can be done about him.
