P Morgan reported a Unknown Caller (3302363525 from MASSILLON area, OH). The following comments were posted: I am receiving calls from a an Officer Daniel Blackwell stating that he is calling on behalf of a client bureau department.He stated that he would put out a warrant against me in regards to owing some money on a loan.
