Andy reported a Telemarketer (2132323224 from LOS ANGELES area, CA). The following comments were posted: This number called me NON STOP despite me being listed as a DO NOT CALL on the Federeal registry. I googled and found it to be conncted to 1-800--511-9048. I called that and got a live person that explained this is indeed "one of their customers telemarketing tool". This 213 number calls me NON STOP, blocks me from using my own cell PLUS when I reject the calls, it goes into VOICE MAIL and fills that up as well. I pay air time, plus air time to clean up my voice mail so that this ridiculous BS fills it up again.
