Phoebe reported a Scammer/Fraudster (6178302295 from BOSTON area, MA). The following comments were posted: They are identity thieves. I was able to return the call. Concerned about a "restraining order" I called and a man said that it referred to a "payday loan." The female who left the phone message and the man who answered my call should have gottern their acts together. His first question was, "What is your ss #?" I laughed and hung up. I called the Boston police and reported likely identity thieves operating in their area. But apparently the police couldnt act on one complaint or could do nothing because the number is used as a front for a group located elsewhere. Remember one can call from any area code with a cell phone.
