Frank reported a Telemarketer (5592780000 from FRESNO area, CA). The following comments were posted: I got the call from 559-278-0000 once every few days in the evening. The call hangs up when answered. I see lots of other people also complained that they got the call from this number in the evening. It is unpleasant to get it and hope they can stop calling.
