Nicole reported a Scammer/Fraudster (9802053622 from CHARLOTTE area, NC). The following comments were posted: I received over 50 text from this caller by the name of Sam Collins. After looking up this number all over the internet to find something to give to the police I see he has been doing this type of lying and scamming for a long time. He is calling and getting people private information and stealing it. He is hanging out in chat rooms luring women for money and never pays or he use the stolen information from other scams to feed his online addiction. This man is crazy, stalkerish, and needs to be reported for all the women he has harassed. Ladies stand clear block this call immediately and report it to the police.
