Im so relieved to have found out there is a do not call service for a small number of companies that call consumers. You could either send an email to them at servicecallerhelp.org or call them at 866-246-7196. Indicate the callers phone number so they can verify if its on their list and your receiving phone number so they can add it to the do not call request list.
