Incognito reported a Collection Agency (7863586000 from MIAMI area, FL). The following comments were posted: This # called my cell which has 100 limited daytime min per month, and I started telling woman this and she it was no big deal hung up on me. I called back and asked if she would pay overage minutes she hung up again. I called back 11 more times before I finally got someone that would listen to WHY I didnt want more calls from them.
