Telemarketer calling from 410-390-9007 (OCEAN CITY, MD)

Cjann reported a Telemarketer (4103909007 from OCEAN CITY area, MD). The following comments were posted: Received a phone call from a Mr. Mark Dela from the Department of Investigations indicating to me that it was time sensitive that I call him or I would be arrested. I have received hundreds of phone calls from this phone number and have contacted the FTC. No Department of Investigations exists, so they say but they continue to call using every phone number you can possible dream of, every name under the sun, etc. I wish they would put a stop to these morons.
