Dawn Martinez reported a Scammer/Fraudster (4095397464 from GALVESTON area, TX). The following comments were posted: Caller (Mike Black) says he is from the Federal Trade Commission and that if I dont pay this debt I will be arrested and furthur charges will be brought against me the State police would be notified and come to my home. He would not give me any information about him other than that. I found it a little strange that he isnt calling from a government number. What a suprise!!!!
