James G reported a Unknown Caller (3235018350 from LOS ANGELES area, CA). The following comments were posted: Ken Myers called twice saying he has a buyer for my lot in California City. Said the offer was for $32,000 cash. This lot is worth $1500 if Im lucky. If its too good to be true, it probably is. I sent his information to the California City Landowners Association.
