Thomas reported a Scammer/Fraudster (2025343918 from WASHINGTON area, DC). The following comments were posted: Caller claims be from the IRS. Someone by the name of Ronnie Cooper. Scam artisit. Threatened us of arrest warrant if we did not pay a false claims I made on the tax return.
