Ohio reported a Prison/Jail Collect Call (7134897846 from HOUSTON area, TX). The following comments were posted: I got this call during work hours (8:59a.m.) on 1-9-14 from "Franklin County Correctional Facility" on behalf of an inmate, recorded call. I hung up. Today during work hours (10:38a.m.) I got a follow up call from 800-483-8314 giving recorded instructions how to set up an account to receive future calls from this facility. I need a way to block these numbers and protect my private mobile number from being used. How did anyone get this number? It is unpublished and on the do not call list. Thank you.
