Theresa Pollard reported a Scammer/Fraudster (2068665705 from BAINBRIDGE ISLAND area, WA). The following comments were posted: I received a call that I was issued a $7000 grant for financial aid since Im a good citizen. All I have to do is call a number, and give a code.
