Flight Data Services Inc reported a Collection Agency (6237487200 from PHOENIX area, AZ). The following comments were posted: Received numerous calls. Automated system says "If this is not Robert Shaw, please press 2 now". The system did not respond to ANY numbers I pushed. I finally listened to the whole message and called the 877-569-5791 number, talked with a helpful human being and encouraged him to submit a trouble ticket on their automated system issue.
