Sam Oller reported a Unknown Caller (6069255278 from ASHLAND area, KY). The following comments were posted: Call from unknown number. After saying "hello" twice, the call ended. I heard no background noise. I think this was an automated call of some sort. It seems like phreaking or a means of inserting a virus onto smart phones.
