The following comments were posted: an individual with a thick pakistani accent with very broken english called claiming my computers were being hacked from mexico, he repeatedly refused to give his name but claimed to be a member of "the Canadian department of BNS", no such agency exists in the Government of canada nor is there a private operation by that name. Canadian branches of government dont even identify themselves as "Department of" anything, nor do they use phone lines listed in foreign cities (Washington in this instance). Also it should be noted the claim I was being hacked, my computers were turned off at the time even if they were on, any means theyd use of finding out what my comptuers were doing would be highly illegal. The following comments were posted: We took Ken Myers to the next level and actually met with him and listened to about an hour and a half of stories about him and the land real estate business from World War II to present. He pulled documents from his briefcase that ALL seemed to be at least as old as him. He claimed to have been in the business for 45 years and was 72 years old. While he was nice and entertaining we were there to sell our property. When push came to shove it became clear he was a fraud. He was hesitant about opening an escrow account and only wanted to do things his way. Sad. The scam as far as I could tell was he must own a Title Company. He spent an hour and a half and in the end wanted a check for $293 to run a title search. We didnt bite. That was the last we heard from him. Dont waste your time although it was a bit entertaining.
